Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VoxCheck software (“Software”), which is developed and distributed by Fonotech Academy ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using VoxCheck, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use VoxCheck on one computer. Activation on additional computers is subject to our reactivation policy (see Section 3). All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Fonotech Academy.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share VoxCheck, the installer, or activation codes with others.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of VoxCheck.

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license to any other party.

• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the activation process or licensing restrictions.

3. Activation and Reactivation Policy

Each license allows activation on one (1) computer.

• To activate on a new computer, you must contact us at fonotechacademy@gmail.com with your purchase details and new Hardware ID (HWID).

• Activation on a new device is permitted once every 6 months after the initial purchase.

• Subsequent activations require a minimum waiting period of 1 year for the third activation, and 2 years for a fourth activation, unless otherwise authorized by Fonotech Academy.

• We reserve the right to deny reactivation requests in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Software Updates

We may, at our discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements to VoxCheck. Access to updates may require proof of purchase or a valid license.

5. Support

Support for VoxCheck is available by email at fonotechacademy@gmail.com. We strive to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

VoxCheck and all related materials are the exclusive property of Fonotech Academy. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fonotech Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use VoxCheck. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted within 7 days of purchase if the activation code has not been provided or if the software cannot be activated due to technical reasons. To request a refund, contact us at fonotechacademy@gmail.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of VoxCheck after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
