Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VoxCheck. If you are not able to activate or use the software due to technical issues, or if you wish to cancel your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
 

1. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will only be granted if the activation code has not yet been issued or if the software cannot be activated due to verified technical reasons.

  • If an activation code has already been provided and successfully used, refunds are generally not available unless required by law or in exceptional circumstances.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at fonotechacademy@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used during purchase

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

Fonotech Academy reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
